Let’s now have a look at ProjectWise
WMMS automatically creates a ProjectWise folder for each Maximo Site
Then a Project folder structure is created for each Approved Work Order
Note no folder for Work Order 1008
We’ll now return to WMMS and approve WO 1008
We’ll start by changing search criteria to those work orders waiting for approval
Then drill into WO 1008
Currently there are no document attachments for WO 1008
Approving the Work Order

In ProjectWise, we now Refresh the view from the Server
The new Project folder structure has been created
Project folder named based on (configurable) attributes from Work Order
Drawings are created and moved through the document lifecycle
PDF’s are auto-generated at project completion
Finalized drawings are signed and synchronized with WMMS
WMMS Publish State triggered from “Final-Signed” status
WMMS users have access to completed engineering drawings from Work Order Attachments
Click link to View document in ProjectWise, just as if the document was stored in WMMS
ProjectWise auto-generated PDF’s are high resolution vector files
Web Service link established to fetch document from ProjectWise in real-time
