Books Together Enjoy Forever A course to get you and your Pre-School child “school ready” Starting: 17th September, 1 - 2.30 pm Course runs every Monday for 12 weeks at Bromsgrove Library This course is for a Parent, Grandparent or Carer and their Pre-School child to get them “school ready”. Each session will focus on one children’s book and the theme of the book will be developed through fun games, activities, arts and crafts, plus “school ready” parenting skills. Course 1 (Term Sep – Dec) : Book Roots course includes sleeping well, good bedtime routines, switching off screens to help sleep, self care skills, and being really happy. Course 2 (Term January – April) : Books Together course includes talking in sentences, enjoying stories, nursery rhymes and making lovely conversations. Course 3 (Term May – July) : Books Forever course includes eating well, eating independently, knowing likes and dislikes, and making own treasure box ‘All About Me’ to take to school. Course is free if you meet our concession criteria or £5 a session if not.
