Beowulf- Creating Predictions

Amcanion Dysgu Discuss the characterisation of Beowulf To predict the plot and characters of Beowulf.

What is going on here?

What do you already know about Beowulf? (Show not tell)

Beowulf is a long, epic poem. An epic poem is a long poem that tells a story about the deeds of warriors and heroes.

It was first composed in 650AD It was first composed in 650AD . We do not know exactly when it was first told. It was not written down for another 300 years.
