Zoroastrian Faculty Network VISION The GWG/WZCC in partnership with Zarathushti faculty in academia empower Zarathushti students to learn how to create economic, cultural and intellectual value. MISSION The GWG/WZCC in partnership with Zarathushti faculty in academia to make it possible for Zarathushti youth, through higher and specialized education, to prepare for 21st Century careers in industry, government, and academia as well as entrepreneurship. FOCUS Complement activities undertaken by Trusts and Well-wishers in India by focusing the few with the academic credentials and the competence to make a difference in the Zarathushti community.

Metrics for Success 12 Months Six Zarathushti faculty and three Zarathushti business people actively involved in developing ZFN Three Zarathushti students placed in graduate programs and fully funded Four webinars to make Zarathushti students and their parents aware of how to prepare competitive applications Seed funding to jump start the ZFN. Support infrastructure and people for continued growth of ZFN

Immediate Critical Needs Zarathushti faculty to design, implement and ensure continuous development Support from Zarathushtis to manage the program including correspondence, web development, follow through and networking Support from the WZCC business community in terms of internships and raising seed funding for the ZFN Support/collaboration from organizations that offer scholarships to Zarathushti students to pursue higher education
