Remember this project from Art 1?

With is project we focused on creating a symmetrical design

What Is Symmetrical Balance? Symmetrical balance refers to balance that is achieved by arranging elements on either side of the center of a composition in an equally weighted manner. Symmetrical balance can be thought of as 50/50 balance or like a mirror image. In other words, the image would look the same on either side of the center.

This is a Symmetrical design This is a Symmetrical design. The white color is used to create a focal point. The artist used the letters J and H, and the number 2.

This design uses color and negative space to enhance the image

At one time we used to execute this project by hand

It is so much easier to do this project on the computer
