Survey Analysis of the WWMG 2010 in Bled

Have you ever competed in a Masters Event of any kind before? Have you heard about the IMGA before this event? Would you participate in other Masters Events ? Such as Masters Summer Events ? How did you hear about the Games ? How often have you visited the Games website ? How long have you been active in competitive sport? Where do you live? How did you get to Bled/Slovenia ? How many nights, in total, are you spending in Bled during this trip? In what types of accommodation will you stay during the Games? Are you travelling with family or partner ?

Conclusion

Most of the participants had already competed in Masters Events before. Almost all the participants had never heard about the IMGA before. Most of the participants wouldnt participate in Summer Games. The participants heard about the Games from previous Masters Events, the internet, the medias and word of mouth. A majority of the participants visited the Games website at least once a week. The majority of the participants have competed in their sport for more than 30 years. The majority of the participants live in Europe. Participants travelled mostly by plane or by car. All the participants came mainly for the Games. They stayed the length of the Games, mostly in hotels. The majority of the participants travelled with their family or partner.
