SWIMMING NZ REVIEW Background A Working Group was established to undertake the Review of Swimming New Zealand (SNZ). The Working Group found SNZ lacking in clarity of purpose and short on the fundamentals needed to support the growth and development of what should be a very strong sport in New Zealand. In order for Swimming to move forward in New Zealand, the Working Group has recommended changes all to be implemented and not cherry picked by the sport.
