Product Catalog Hierarchy Customers can only see the products that they have visibility to based on their contract. Products are filtered both in the navigation menu and in all of the searches. If you select the All Products drop down , you can select the top level of the hierarchy, such as Mechanical Seals and see all items in the store

Product Catalog Hierarchy If the customer has a contract for Valves, Seals and Pumps Product Families, they have visibility to all families in the navigation and search.
