The protective reef of Lighthouse Atoll endows them with quiet and beautiful Caribbean waters, thus creating the ultimate milieu for the perfect personal retreat and/or a high-end luxury resort. The little island has ten acres, a perfect harbor, lovely beaches and pleasant breezes.

The big island totals 1,030 acres including solid ground, two interior lagoons and mangroves and low ground to the south. 203 acres are good solid usable land along the west, north and eastern sections, 152 acres of additional low ground, 530 acres of lagoons, plus fringing mangroves, 140 acres of pure mangroves. 145 acres has never been cleared or developed. Two miles of beach runs along the solid land sections. There is excellent and plentiful fresh water wells – former coconut plantation with abundant palm trees. The deep water access on the beaches, plus the interior lagoons, ranges from 6 feet to 10 feet in depth. The airstrip is 1.25 miles in length and could be relocated away from beach near lagoons or to western section of island
