Golden Goal Pilot Project Bringing the young adults on board An informal learning opportunity to raise aspirations, improve literacy and numeracy, increase access to sport and promote local vibrancy Circuit Training Gym Induction and 8 week pass to the Glasgow Club Topical Urban Art Relevant and appropriate literacy and numeracy activities A nice lunch!

I feel fitter Taking part in the group and working as a team, we all helped each other out Feel better about myself and my reading and writing is getting better Being confident talking to people
