Who am I? Name: Nitay. Occupation: Dad (I teach math at the college of management). Education: M.Sc. in mathematics at the Technion (subject: stochastic processes and differential equations). Experience: algorithmic trader (HFT).

What is my idea? Predicting daily direction for different kinds of securities based on information from the internet: social networks, news and more… In the picture: a simple trading simulation with SPY, the S&P500 ETF, based on news headlines. How it works: important words from last few days are extracted from news headlines. A prediction model is constructed using the words.
