All About Flight By Burgundy Class 17-18

Our topic in the Autumn term has been ‘Flights of Wonder’. We have learnt about the earliest flight in balloons and early aeroplanes. We have learnt about how changes in materials meant that aeroplanes could fly higher and faster, and eventually rockets have been built that have taken people to the moon! We have carried out research into what non-fiction texts are like, and have made our own information books about flight. We hope you have enjoyed reading some parts of them.
