Processing Computer Components

Processing Processing is a second component in the information processing cycle. A computer processes information that it receives from a user (you). You input information into the computer using the input device (keyboard) The information is stored in temporary memory When it leaves the temporary memory, the processor passes the instructions to the various parts of the computer Computer processing is based the theory what goes up must come down, only in this case input equals output.

Processing Devices Motherboard Expansion Card Central Processing Unit– CPU Random Access Memory– RAM

Processing by the CPU Central Processing Unit The CPU controls and directs all the information you put into the computer. It is considered the brains of the computer; does all the calculating of the data. It is the most important component of the computer. Installing a CPU on the motherboard
