Nouns, Pronouns, & Adjectives Read through the comics and take notes. Make sure you have the definition and examples of the following: Noun Concrete Noun Abstract Noun Common Noun Proper Noun Singular Noun Plural Noun Pronouns Adjectives When finished: Pick up the practice and begin working. Then, color the comics until everyone is ready!

Game Time: Adjectives I need 4 tributes.... As the tribute faces the class, the class must ONLY use adjectives to get the tribute to guess “who” (s)he is. Use the boards to write your adjective. When the tribute guesses the correct person, that adjective is the winner.

Game Two: Get into pairs. On a sheet of paper, write 1-10 Come and get a brown bag. As one person describes the item in their hand the other must guess it. Again you can only use adjectives. Once you think you know what it is write it down and get a different bag. There are 10 bags!!
