Imagine a photographer taking a picture of a butterfly… And takes the picture She centers the frame focuses She center the frame

Now imagine her focusing on something in the way of the butterfly instead… A wall , a tree, a plant

If her goal is the butterfly, then why focus on the thing she doesn’t want?

Yet, we do it everyday with our goals.

“I don’t know how to do this” We focus on words like “don’t”, “not” “and no”, “I don’t know how to do this”

“I don’t want this to happen again” “There is no way I can achieve that” “I don’t want this to happen again”

We “aim” towards the things that are stopping us…

“I can't do this because…”

If you aim at what you don’t want … That’s exactly what you get

That’s what you’ll achieve But if you focus on what you’re striving for,
