Trans$ureSM Trans$ure is a permanent* interest-sensitive whole life insurance policy that provides a death benefit to designated beneficiaries and tax-advantaged cash value accumulation. Appropriate for individuals who have permanent life insurance needs and prefer the consistency of a fixed premium, fixed death benefit, and fixed time. Paid Up Contract Availability- At the greater of age 65 or 15 contract years, the guaranteed paid up death benefit is at least 50% of the original face amount. Policy form series CPWL0100 and CCWL0100

Trans$ureSM Contract Loan Availability. Fixed Premium - Premiums will stay at the same level as long as the policy is in force, regardless of market fluctuations or the state of the insured’s health. Tax-Deferred Growth Potential - The guaranteed minimum and current interest rates for Trans$ureSM is 4%. Coverage to Age 100 - The death benefit will never decrease as long as there are no outstanding loans or it is not reduced by a rider. Policy form series CPWL0100 and CCWL0100

Trans$ureSM Riders Included in Base Coverage Accelerated Death Benefit for Terminal Illness Rider insured can receive up to 75% of the death benefit or $150,000, whichever is less, upon physician-certified diagnosis of terminal illness. Waiver of Premium Due to Layoff Rider Total monthly deductions for insured employee are waived for up to six months if insured employee is laid off by employer. Trans$ureSM Employer Optional Riders Accelerated Death Benefit for Critical Care Condition Helps cope with the financial challenges of critical illness. Pays the employee 100%, 75%, 50%, or 25% of the rider face amount early not to exceed $100,000 when the insured is diagnosed with a specified disease for the first time ever. The decision to include this rider as well as the percentage is made by the employer. Then, it is included on all contracts issued for employees and their insured family members. Rider Form CRACBC00. Trans$ureSM Employer Optional Riders Accelerated Death Benefit for Long Term Care Need and cost of long term care is increasing as people live longer resulting in financial challenges. Allows the employee to receive an advance of their death benefit of 6% for 16 months to pay for confinement to a licensed nursing or assisted living care. Employee receives 4% of the rider face amount for 25 months to pay for home health care or adult day care. Rider Form CRABLT00. Coverage may vary by jurisdiction.

Trans$ureSM Employer Optional Riders Extension of Benefits Rider with Paid Up Benefit (sold in conjunction with the Long Term Care Rider) Allows employee to have benefits continued after full rider face amount has been paid under the Accelerated Death Benefit for Long Term Care rider if still chronically ill. Pays an additional 6% for 16 months for confinement in a licensed nursing or assisted living facility and 4% for 25 months for home health care or adult day care. Trans$ureSM Employer Optional Riders Accidental Death and Dismemberment Rider Provides additional death benefit if death is caused by accidental bodily injury. Additional benefits for manner of death and survivorship. Employee: 16 trough 69, Spouse: 16 through 65, Children: N/A. Terminates on anniversary date after insured’s 70th birthday. Waives the premium when employee becomes totally disabled after a six month waiting period. Employee’s disability must begin after age 16 and prior to age 60.
