Task: Prepare a Result of Trial, Confinement Order, and Victim/ Witness Form. Conditions: Access to DA Form 4430, DD Form 2707, DD Form 2704, AR 27-10, MCM, and CMCO(s) pertaining to case. Standards: DA Form 4430, DD Form 2707, and DD Form 2704 will accurately reflect the court-martial proceedings and are done IAW AR 27-10 and MCM.

Situation: General Court-Martial convened by CMCO #3, dtd 11 July 2003, has just ended today and the results have been posted. SPC Castillo has been found guilty of Failure to Report(x3) and Larceny. He was sentence to a reduction to Private (E1), forfeiture of all pay and allowances, confinement for 12 months, and to be discharged with a BCD. There was a pretrial agreement disapproving confinement in excess of 14 months and all other lawfully adjudged punishments would be approved.

Copies of the DA Form 4430 need to be given to the Commanding General, Staff Judge Advocate, Brigade Commander, Battalion Commander, Chief Military Justice, Convening Authority, Chief of FAO, and one to PCF/RCF. Your trial counsel, James T. Kirk will sign the DA Form 4430 and will notify the victim(s)and witness(es). Victim and Witnesses are as follows: Phil T.
