Situation: General Court-Martial convened by CMCO #3, dtd 11 July 2003, has just ended today and the results have been posted. SPC Castillo has been found guilty of Failure to Report(x3) and Larceny. He was sentence to a reduction to Private (E1), forfeiture of all pay and allowances, confinement for 12 months, and to be discharged with a BCD. There was a pretrial agreement disapproving confinement in excess of 14 months and all other lawfully adjudged punishments would be approved.

Copies of the DA Form 4430 need to be given to the Commanding General, Staff Judge Advocate, Brigade Commander, Battalion Commander, Chief Military Justice, Convening Authority, Chief of FAO, and one to PCF/RCF.
