Reason for Change Opening a new roll of wire in the wire roller. When opening the last cut the roll sprung open and knocked an employees hard hat off. The flying wire narrowly missed the employees face.

Eliminates Hazard Eliminates the potential of wire springing open and striking employee. Guarding side rails eliminates employees walking in the area while opening wire.
