Snap Peas

FUN FACTS Most of the peas sold in the US are canned or frozen, but lots of people agree… snap peas are best eaten fresh and uncooked! You can eat the WHOLE snap pea – the outer pod and the inside pea! They are sweet and make a “snappy” crunch in your mouth!

Snap peas are easy and fun to grow in your garden Pea vines like to climb as they grow

Did you know… …the proper etiquette for eating peas is to use your knife as a “pusher” to pile them on to your fork or spear them with your fork a few at a time Who knew?

Enjoy snap peas for Harvest of the Month! And remember to thank your server!
