Presentation transcript:

We pay particular attention to creating and maintaining meaningful relationships and to fostering a sense of community. Our school is large enough to offer good facilities and a range of enterprising, sporting and creative activities to complement the academic curriculum. It is not so large, however, that students pass unnoticed or feel anonymous. We expect students to develop a positive attitude to study in an environment conducive to hard work and high achievement. We expect students to maintain high standards of behaviour contributing to a harmonious school. We aim to lead our students towards the mature self-discipline that is essential if they are to make the most of their abilities and talents. Whats special about us?

St Benet Biscop is an outstanding Catholic School OfSted, Section 48 Inspection, 2010 What did OfSted say about us?

Students feel very safe and their care, guidance and support are outstanding. Students approach learning with highly positive attitudes. They thoroughly enjoy learning, their behaviour is outstanding and they are highly committed to succeed in all they do. The quality of teaching is good with a significant proportion being outstanding. OfSted, 2010
