Activities Programs at ROMS and ROHS Funding and Finance Dollars from Athletic Booster Club and Band Boosters, Activity Tickets, Gate Receipts, and Donations are the mainstays for funding our programs. Activities Programs at ROMS and ROHS It isnt easy to be a coach, especially today. Pay = pennies if you are working year round, time away from your family, your own free time is diminished. The coaches I know have passion for their sport and most importantly have a strong desire to teach life skills. Support from the community and encouragement from individuals is the best way to say thank you to a coach
