eSTAR Schedule of Services

Instructional Support Continuum of Services General Education Least Restrictive Environment needs to be the first consideration. Can the student be successful in a general education classroom with accommodations? Instructional Support In what subject areas? How much time? Co-Teaching Will the student require extensive accommodations/modifications to the content? In what subject areas? How much time?

Continuum of Services Resource/Extended Resource Specialized Program Does the student need specialized instruction in a low student/teacher ratio setting to work on IEP goals and objectives/foundation skills? Is student several grade levels below peers? In which subject areas? How much time? Specialized Program Does the student require functional, communication, social or behavior support? Programs include PASS, TLC , SLS, SLC, and FLS. For these programs, district placement procedures must be followed. Out of District Placement After district programming has been exhausted and unable to meet the instructional needs of the student due to severity of impairment, out of district placement will be considered.

Services / Supports you would document here will include the following: - Co-Teaching - Instructional Support Click “SAVE” after you enter each new service/support.
