Progress with the Regulation proposal Proposal in co-decision procedure Council: no news European Parliament: Draft opinion Agri Committee discussed on 11/09. Deadline for amendments 18/09. Report of the Envi Committee announced 17/09. Vote in Envi Committee on 21-22/11. Vote in Plenary in January 2008. Framework Directive on the T.S. and Marketing Regulation could be adopted by the end of 2007.

Timetable for data delivery 1 year for statistics on the placing on the market; 5 years for usage statistics.

Risk indicators Expert group meeting 2-3 Oct. 2007 Service contract with Eurostat to start in October for one year: test HAIR indicators with ECPA data.
