“CHALLENGES” Information sharing is rudimentary and needs to evolve. Information must be meaningful to consumers. “Too much going on” - CONFUSION

“OPPORTUNITIES” WCHQ/CheckPoint common portal…potential to grow and evolve. Purchasers need to embrace efforts and become involved in marketing and educating (ETF is leader here). VALUE PURCHASING is desired outcome.
