KEPLER Johannes Kepler was a German astronomer and natural philosopher who was known for his ability in formulating and verifying the three laws of planetary motion.

KEPLER These laws are now known as Keplers Laws. He studied theology and classics at the university in Tubingen.

KEPLER While he was at this University he studied the Copernicun theory. When he left the university to go to Graz in Austria he worked on a complex geometric hypothesis.

KEPLER He was Tycho Brahe’s assistant at the observatory near Prague. While he was in Prague he wrote one of his many books.

KEPLER Later he moved to Linz where he became mathematician to the states of Oberosterreich ( upper Austria ). While living there he wrote another book.
