What is a digital footprint? A digital footprint happens from the second ur born till even after you die Its basically a cyber folder that holds all your information ,posts ,likes and dislikes etc.… You have to be very careful on what you post!

How to make sure your digital footprint is appropriate in three steps! Step one: think to yourself will this effect my future? Step two: will anyone get offended by this post? Step three: does this post share information I don’t want people to know? Note: if any of these steps have been in effect do NOT post

a digital footprint starts when you are born. That’s right! The second you're born someone tweets “new baby” and boom your footprint is born!

How could your digital footprint effect your future? When you go to get a long term job they search you up on the internet and see what shows up! When younger you could of posted something inappropriate, if someone finds it you could be in deep trouble

What I have learned You have had a digital footprint since maybe even before you were born, you have to be carful with EVERYTHING you post knowing it could follow you to your career.

How to prevent running into trouble We are the first generation who grew up all online so it is hard to prevent running into issues, but you have to know how to fix it! First you have to learn what is ok to post and what isn’t, if you make a mistake you have to recognize it and earn up to it.

Learning about the digital footprint Okay lets recap, what not to post is the inappropriate things like drinking when your friends under age, or posting stuff that could hurt someone else You have to make sure no private information is shared
