2 What is Sydney Stars SC? Sydney Stars SC is a first step for children and youth who seek to learn soccer and further develop their skills. Relevant educational training to children and youth who are registered to our club is given through various institutions and clubs according to their age groups.

3 Value Added of the Sydney Stars SC Through soccer, SSSC aims to support physical, social, mental and psychological development of children. SSSC serves as a platform to youth who have different talents and interested in soccer. SSSC stimulates youth and children to attain moral conduct via social cohesion and participation in communal activities.

4 Value Added of the Sydney Stars SC Our courses teach youth and children that health, self confidence and youth is more important than sportive achievements (such as trophies) or sportive excellence. Participation in our courses lead to ; Better co-operation, teamwork skills and respecting the opponent Better communication skills with family and friends. Intensify social relationship between individuals Ensures attainment of good habits of future adults

5 Advantages of Registering with Sydney Stars Soccer Club Talented soccer players who prove themselves in our club will be referred to local and international professional soccer teams with the prospect of becoming prospective players in national teams.

6 Education in Sydney Stars SC In our football club, we provide a syllabus that is structured to train registered players with fundamental and technical soccer moves, applications and physical condition trainings in accordance with their talent and age group. We further provide a relevant soccer education to our players including technical rules, fair play information, player nutrition & health and teamwork spirit as well as environment and citizenship information.

7 Our Activities Aiming to support physical, social, mental and psychological development of our players, we organise a number of activities including; Sport festivities Bushwalking Photography Art competition Theatre Picnics Book reading sessions Visits to historical sites Tree arbouring Music

8 Athlete Health In order to determine the physical shortcomings of the players, following routine checks will be conducted at our academy: Blood test EKG Test Lung Scan Teeth Check Foot Test Nutrition Tracing

9 Future Projects We plan to implement the following projects in the future: Soccer School ID Card Other soccer academies in other parts of Sydney School Tournaments Soccer Festivities for all age groups Club/school co-operations Social support programs Futsal Ladies Soccer Academy

10 Tests In order to determine our registered players technical, tactical, physiological and sociometric capabilities, we carry out the following tests: Pass, strike and head shot tests Tactical play to evaluate the players defensive and offensive abilities Coordination, balance, rhythm, quickness and ability tests Psychological and sociometric tests

11 Professional Tracing Methodology Various development and progress tests will be conducted. Training programs which will analyse previous soccer games/matches will be organised.

12 Technical Observations With our professional organisational structure, we assist our players in their first steps towards professionalism by motivating them and providing them our observations, technical and health commentary.

13 Athlete Moral UFANSWs primary objective is to train honest individuals with high moral conduct who are respectful towards himself and their families.

14 Counselling We provide counselling services for registered players in the fields of; career planning and player representation, education and development, strategic planning, sportive counselling, as well as national and international organisations.

15 Our Philosophy Our players get relevant education not only in soccer but also in the fields on book reading methodology, useful studying techniques and social behaviour development education.

16 Sydney Stars SC Discovers the talent in you with education. We train two to three times a week in the academy. Weekly training schedule for individuals will be determined according to the players training schedule with his own team. (U13 – U18)

17 Sydney Stars SC We will provide players their own training schedule which they can implement in their free time during holidays and time offs. Local and international training camps will be organised by our academy.
