DO NOT-Treat the computer and keyboard inappropriately.

Ray Miller Elementary Computer Lab Take Care of Equipment Don’t push buttons on the computer. Don’t stick your fingers into the computer. Keep cords out of your mouth. Don’t adjust keyboard trays. Don’t change the desktop on the computer.

Ray Miller Elementary Computer Lab Before You Come In-- Keep your hands clean. Go to the restroom if possible. Get a drink if possible. Throw away gum, candy, food, and drink.

Ray Miller Elementary Computer Lab While You Are Working-- Sit in your assigned seat. Keep your eyes on your OWN screen. Keep your headphones on if you want to listen to the sound Finish your work BEFORE you do the computer activity.

Ray Miller Elementary Computer Lab If You Have An Emergency-- Let Mrs. Bevill know if you have to go to the restroom, put the pass on your desk and take the restroom pass. If you sneeze, get a tissue from the front table and wipe your nose. If you’re going to be sick, go to the bathroom or trashcan.

Ray Miller Elementary Computer Lab If You Have A Problem-- Ask a neighbor if they can help you. Raise your hand if you need the teacher—Don’t get out of your seat. Don’t yell at the teacher or wave your hands.
