Track the progress of your tour party each day Be prepared to respond to any challenges that arise at each destination. Record your outcomes at the end of each day in the table on the separate sheet. Try to identify and respond to any issues as you go along Don’t let an issue get too serious before you deal with it. You may find it necessary to change your original tour plan. If so, consider carefully the wider impacts of the changes you want to make.
