TTIPS Cycle 5 Begin and End Dates: Three separate NOGAs Year 1 (pre-implementation year) + Year 2 NOGA (1661073071100XX) Begin date of NOGA: February 15, 2017 End date of NOGA: July 31, 2018 Cannot spend more than $2 million in Year 2 Year 2 project period is August 1, 2017 – July 31, 2018 Year 3 NOGA (1661073171100XX) Begin date: August 1, 2018 End date: July 31, 2019 Year 4 NOGA (TBD) Begin date: August 1, 2019 End date: July 31, 2020

Amendments When amending your application, please submit amendment by May 31, of the current year. Cannot amend to change the intent and focus of the original application. Reporting Indirect Costs 5% limit on administrative costs, including direct administrative costs and indirect costs May claim an amount equal to your current approved restricted indirect cost rate ER system will not allow a final expenditure report to be submitted to TEA if you exceed your indirect cost limit.
