PS ZF UAZ LLC Pressing shop is equipped with import and local equipment. Pressing equipment: - Universal crank gear presses with force from 40 tf to 1600 tf.; - 11 point presses of company «Aida», force 250, 400, 2000, 3500tf. Welding equipment: Spot, projection and butt-seam welding. Main products produced by shop are: - Clutch parts (cases, housings, discs, plates); - Stamping pulleys; - Oil case; Different type of brackets and clips; Parts from metal with thickness from 0.2 mm to 10 mm.

PS ZF ООО «UAZ» Park of machinery – 40 units. There is a workshop on manufacturing of production tooling in the shop. Range of tooling produced : forging die; dies for cold sheet stamping; core boxes; mold sets; fixtures; cold-forming tooling. Production area – 1185 m2; Park of machinery – 40 units. Equipment configuration: Milling machines -12units, including CNC Milling-machining center -7 units. Turning machines - 6 units, including 3 units with CNC Coordinate-boring machines-2 units. Electro spark discharge machines – 3 units. Radial- and vertical drilling machines-6 units. Grinding machines -11 units. Presses -3 units (for testing of stamped products)
