Peer Pressure….What is it? A peer is defined as a friend or acquaintance who is about the same age as you. Peers influence your life, whether you know it or not, just by spending time with you. You learn from them and he they learn from you. It can be positive and negative.

Negative Effects When one hears “peer pressure”, one would most likely assume that it is something bad The word Peer Pressure is laden with negative connotations

Positive effects The words “Peer Pressure” doesn’t always have to mean something terrible Believe it or not, peer pressure can actually be a good thing

In Short… Though often times peer pressure is associated with negativity, it can actually be a good thing. It was peer pressure that made us determined to do a good job on this presentation!!!   
