Click your Control Center in the bottom right.

2. Select “Settings”

3. Make sure your Chromebook is connected to the “RISD Student” Wifi.

4. Check “Allow Proxies for Shared Networks” by clicking in the box 4. Check “Allow Proxies for Shared Networks” by clicking in the box. You should see a ☑ in the box.

5. Close out of all your Chrome windows & re-open your browser to see if you’ve solved the problem.

Didn’t work? Perform a HARD RESET Press REFRESH + POWER button OR Hold the power button for at least 10 seconds See if your issue is fixed!
