Week 5/8 Improvement Priority 1: Improvement Priority 2: Date: 16th February 20th February Time: 18:00 Venue: Splash point Equipment: Barbell, bench press, leg press, rowing machine, treadmill Weather: N/A – closed environment Coaches Review: Coach wasn’t present as it was done out of there training hours and college. Coach will review the progress and comment at retesting on week 8 Athlete Feedback / Questions: It quite a bit harder than last week but I think its good so I can progress further I was finding the previous week easy and now this has becoming more challenging Is Progress As Expected? If No Describe: Yes, he's doing well considering ive changed the program and made it harder Yes, he now finds it more challenging which is good because that’s what I redesigned the program Are the Next Session Overload and Progression Plans Appropriate? No, as the program has just got harder hell need to adapt to it before any progression plans can be used Was Contingency Needed? If Yes Describe: n/a
