1 Corinthians 10:13 “There hath no temptation taken you but such as man can bear: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation make also the way of escape, that ye may be able to endure it.”

“Way of escape” # 1 Follow the example of Jesus! 1 Peter 2:21-24; 4:1-4 Did no sin! Did not use guile! Did not revile back! Went as a lamb to the slaughter! Isaiah 53:7 “the Lamb of God” – John 1:29, 36

“Way of escape” # 2 Don’t violate your conscience! Romans 14:23; 1 John 3:20 Jews on Pentecost: “pricked in their heart” – “to pierce thoroughly, i.e. (figuratively) to agitate violently ("sting to the quick"): – prick.” (Strong’s) Jews Stephen addressed: Railed on & stoned the messenger!
