R E V I S E Add examples Rearrange sentence parts Combine the Ideas of choppy sentences Subsitute Substitute action verbs for being verbs. Substitute vivid verbs for boring verbs. Substitute specific words for vague language (a lot, stuff, things, good, etc. Eliminate redundant ideas extraneous details Vary the word choices (Replace over used words) Use all sentence types(simple, compound, complex). use different sentence lengths; use appositives to combine sentences.
