We are currently recruiting for: Controller Responsibilities include: Responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services. This includes processing and monitoring payments, expenditures, preparing and monitoring the payroll and financial system. Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures. Ensure accounts payable are paid in a timely manner. Print and distribute monthly financial reports. Process monthly Residential and Commercial Service Agreement. Process monthly 401K contributions. Assist with A/R as needed Process monthly G/L reports for yearly schedule. Process payroll in a timely manner Ensure that monthly bank reconciliations are complete. Maintain chart of accounts. Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions. Issue timely and complete financial statements. Process payroll quarterlies and annual reporting. Process W2’s annually Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial and employee pay files.
