Science – Day 2 Agenda Have out the following: TODAY’S OBJECTIVE: Today you will organize the Periodic Table by “States of Matter”. Look for the pattern in the table. Finish Table 3 – Element Key if needed. Start Table 4 – States of Matter Quick Introduction Table directions The tables are NOT homework! Enjoy your long weekend!! Have out the following: Pen/pencil Colored pencils   HOMEWORK: None- Have a nice long weekend!

Elements in the periodic table occur naturally in all 3 phases of matter. Some elements are solids, others liquids and other gases. Solids, liquids and gases are usually designated in the periodic table by different letter coloring.
