Agenda Who are you…as an animal? Ice Breaker: Two Truths and a Lie Post-It Note Questions Business Classroom Tour Syllabus General Rules

Bellringer : August 21st (aka The Warm-Up) 4) On the other side of the paper, tell me what animal you would be and why. Be sure to write in complete sentences and observe the rules of capitalization and punctuation. If I could be any animal, I would be a Grizzly Bear. Why? Well, bears get to sleep a lot, and I love to sleep. Also, bears are tremendously fast runners AND they can climb trees quite swiftly. Since I like sushi, being a bear would be awesome because they dine on fresh salmon in the spring.

Which of the Following Statements is False? I love animals. Two cats, a rat, and a dog live with me. I still own and occasionally drive the same car I had in high school. I competed in a 50-mile trail run and finished in under nine hours.

Two Truths and a Lie Write three statements about yourself. Avoid “I like….” or “I dislike…” statements. State things that you have done, things you can do, or other facts. Make the statements believable. Be prepared to answer questions about each statement. Try to fool people. Lie well!

Post-It Note Write a question you have about one of the following: Class William Monroe Middle School Me Life
