Nomination Form will be available on the web site at Between 1st – 20th of each month, team officials can nominate a member of their team for the monthly Good Sport Award. On the 21st of each month, Operations will put together the nominees on a spread sheet and send through to Karen Cockrem for assessing and a decision Karen’s decision is final The winner will be presented with a Certificate and a voucher for $20.00 and the recipient will be promoted through social media, website, notice board at Facility as Cairns Hockey Monthly Good Sport
