6,500 olive trees planted 10 x 10 ( 100 trees per hectare) 6,500 olive trees planted 10 x 10 ( 100 trees per hectare). 500 of them are irrigated with the drip irrigation using two water and irrigation communities from the estate. The estate has two springs and several irrigation ponds 2,500 cubic water capacity.

The farm is situated in a typical mountain range with average rainfall of 600 mm and good soil for the olives. Currently yields are achieved in excess of 200 tonnes of olive fatty acids in high yields (24%) and quality oils extra high stability and oelic acid. There is an old semi-ruined farmhouse that could be restored. Also a new agricultural shed for storage and construction machinery. The farm has a grant of 20.000 euros annual CAP
