3/4M Design Technology Sandwich Snack 15/03/11 S. Mycroft

What are we doing today? Today we are going to bring together the work from the last 3 weeks to create our own healthy sandwich. Design Create Evaluate S. Mycroft

What skills are we learning? At the end of our lesson we should be able to say: I can work in a safe and hygienic way. I identify where my evaluations have led to improvements in my products. S. Mycroft

Can you remember? From our last 3 lessons: What was your favourite bread? Which filling did you prefer? What salad items did you choose? Remember that this information is in your books. S. Mycroft

Design! You need to design your sandwich. Think about your chosen ingredients, what do they look like? You can refer back to work from previous weeks to help you. S. Mycroft

Create! You need to create your sandwich. Using your chosen ingredients you must now follow your design plan and create your sandwich! Remember hygiene!!! Remember to make your sandwich as much like your design as possible. When you have finished we need to photograph your sandwich. S. Mycroft

Evaluate! You need to evaluate your sandwich. Use the following key to explain what you thought of your sandwich: Remember that you need to give reasons for your choice. Offer some of your sandwich to a friend and record their thoughts too! S. Mycroft
