What do they do? Support Sailability groups They are the link between Sailability and groups Inclusive clubs Describe what we do
What can they help with? Funding Equipment Volunteers Networking Disability Awareness Training Working with disability organisations Working with special schools We do lots of things to support sailability groups. We help them achieve their aims and plans We know lots of people outside of sailing and sailability
What do they do on a typical day? We don’t do this This never happens, even though it would be nice
We do lots of this or Meetings with groups – funding, volunteers, equipment, SOPs, networking, training, racing, occasionally diplomacy! New groups Other meetings – schools, CSPs, SGO, disability groups Emails Phone calls Funding applications DAT courses Advice Social media Inclusive clubs Working with RDO, HPM and SDOs Liaison with other RYA departments – training and racing
