What are the resources needed? Learning Agenda Evidence Base What are the resources needed? Continuous Context- Specific Analysis Outcome-Oriented Methods Design for Contribution What is the time and cost to do a continuous-context specific protection analysis? While protection analysis is fundamental to achieving a protection outcome, what is needed to ensure that it is not so rigid, overly prescriptive, and formal that it becomes a burden or irrelevant? What resources are needed to ensure that core methods are established and implemented concurrently and collaboratively throughout the response? How might foresight analysis be employed for shorter-term program adaptation? How do we manage uncertainty? What does it look like to systematically work with risk? What are the program implications (resources: funding, staff, time, etc.) for designing for contribution?
