Welcoming Participants - I’d like to start by thanking you all for joining the meeting. Stating the Principle Objectives - Our aim is to… Defining Roles - ………… would you mind taking the minutes? Length of meeting - We’re short on time, so I’d like to keep each item to…………… minutes. Setting the Agenda - Have you all received a copy of the agenda? - There are three items on the agenda.
