BACKGROUND RATIONAL DRUG USE IS STILL A BIG PROBLEM RATIONAL DRUG USE DEPEND TO PARTIES INVOLVE, HEALTH PROVIDER & COMMUNITY INTERVENTION USUALLY DIRECTED TO PROVIDER BUT VERY LIMITED TO COMMUNITY INTERVENTION TO COMMUNITY BY THE MOST POPULAR WAY, THE PRINTED MATERIAL, USUALLY ENDED IN WASTEBASKET WITHOUT OPENING IT IS ASSUMED THAT POSTER COMPETITION IS THE PROPER WAY TO DELIVER INFORMATION TO THE COMMUNITY
