VRAP Application Process Step 4. Choose “I am a New VONAPP User”

VRAP Application Process Step 5. Read through the two screens, hit “continue” and then click on “No, Create a VONAPP Account”

VRAP Application Process Step 6. Fill out the username, password etc and click continue

VRAP Application Process Step 7. Click on the drop down to find the VA Form 22-1990R

VRAP Application Process Step 8. Click on the drop down to find the VA Form 22-1990R. Then click on “add new form”

VRAP Application Process Step 9. Read over the next few slides then click “continue” until you find the privacy act statement. Click the “Yes…statement to continue”

VRAP Application Process Step 10. Make sure the create an empty new claim button is highlighted. Click continue

VRAP Application Process Step 11. Go through the next few screens until you see the DOL/VA application and complete and submit.
