MANAGEMENT PROCESS

Management is not a one time act but an ongoing series of interrelated activities. The sum total of these activities is known as MANAGEMENT PROCESS. It is necessary to achieve desired organisational goals. It is concerned with conversion of INPUT --- OUTPUT
