Lesson 2 Probability Probability, the likelihood that something will occur, is worth understanding for reasons that range from getting good math grades to good planning. What is the probability of having fun at the beach if the weather forecast projects a “90 percent chance of rain”? The words in this lesson will help you understand many aspects of probability.
