Cumulative GPA of ACT Composite OR 100 (80) Combined Percentile Index OR 18 PLAN CompositeCombined Percentile Index Specific Course eligibility Composition (Honors English IV) – ACT English subscore of 19 or PLAN English subscore of 16 or successfully complete writing challenge Calculus – ACT math subscore of 27 or PLAN math subscore of 24 or (considered on individual basis) completion of precalculus with an A or B on transcript Precalculus, College Algebra, College Statistics – ACT math subscore of 21 or PLAN math subscore of 18 You are allowed to take a class for high school credit, but elect not to enroll in the dual credit (College Statistics and College Algebra are an exception)

ACT scores must be sent directly to NWMSU from ACT. NWMSU will NO LONGER accept scores from high school transcripts. This applies to dual credit students and also to traditional college freshman applicants. If you didnt have your ACT score sent to NWMSU when you registered for the ACT, you must log in to your account and request it to be sent (a $12 fee will apply to send a past test score). FYI….Several other universities are following this same policy. Be sure to send your ACT scores directly to them.

Calculus Must have completed pre-calculus Psychology No prerequisites English Literature Must have completed Honors English III AP Cost Approx. $89 per test

Discounted tuition rate - $97 per credit hour or $107 per credit hour for online courses (regular undergraduate tuition/fees are approximately $265 per credit hour) Billed by NWMSU Enroll now…can make monthly payments beginning in August, ½ of total due in Sept. Composition I (Honors English IV) If attending NWMSU, and ACT English subscore is >27 you may not want to enroll in dual credit (DO TAKE THE CLASS BUT MAYBE NOT FOR DUAL CREDIT) Degree Audit function on CatPaws (for current dual credit students – log in using your 919 number) – get to CatPaws by clicking on Connect from then select CatPawswww.nwmissouri.edu

You can enroll now for classes you will take next fall by filling out the enrollment form Enrolling now works better for MHS Can make changes at beginning of next year if necessary (If drop ALL classes, $50 fee) If taking Speech II 2 nd semester, you wont enroll in it for the fall.
